200ml bottle of EVOO infused with Black Garlic. It is produced only from what is considered one of the best EVOO in the world, of the Picual variety, in which the Black Garlic is left to macerate.
Black garlic is nothing more than common garlic to which a natural maturation technique of Japanese origin is applied, thus turning the common garlic into a kind of black caramelised garlic, hence its name. It is a highly prized product in haute cuisine.
200ml bottle of EVOO infused with cocoa pods, with cocoa.
