

Iberian Bait-fed ham produced in the Sierras de Monesterio (Extremadura) by one of the best manufacturers of Iberian ham in Spain. Its products, all made from Iberian breed pigs, have the most important international recognition (3 gold stars in the Great Taste Awards) for their high quality.
It is an Iberian Bait-fed ham, which is currently catalogued as one of the best on the market. It is made in a traditional way and with a lot of patience, as its largest pieces reach 30 months of curing, hence the extraordinary bouquet that these pieces acquire when they reach the end of the production process.
The product is presented hand sliced and vacuum packed.
