Gran Reserva Ham, made from Duroc pigs that give it the characteristic juiciness and creaminess of Teruel ham, crossed with Landrace pigs.
Awarded three times as Best Teruel Ham and internationally recognised as one of the best hams in Spain after being awarded 1 Gold Star at the Great Taste Awards in the United Kingdom.
It is produced and cured naturally in drying sheds located in mountain areas, where the air from the mountains gradually dehydrates the ham.
This Gran Reserva Ham is produced under the controls and requirements of the Jamón de Teruel Denomination of Origin Regulatory Council.
This Serrano Gran Reserva Ham is made with the hind legs of the pig, and includes the hoof. To send the ham, it is wrapped in greaseproof paper and covered with a cotton bag. The transport is carried out in a curly cardboard box that protects it from blows.
The box that is used to send the ham, can also be used to package and send other products from the same manufacturer.
